Undeliverable and return mail can impact an organization in so many ways, including loss of communication with customers,
financial cost of production and/or loss of revenue. Impacts can also include delayed or unpaid invoices, decreased response
rates and regulatory compliance outcomes.
You will learn key considerations for database configuration, as well as address quality and accuracy, which are direct
contributors to returned mail. There are solutions in the marketplace that are customizable for every situation, and we will
examine how these solutions can turn the drain on costs and resources into an organizational benefit.
