Gary Seitz- Vice President of C.trac Information Solutions and a GCPCC board member will discuss the full circle necessary to stay in compliance with the Move Update requirements. Is processing NCOA, ACS, or FastForward enough? Who is ultimately responsible for completing the circle: the mail list owner or the mail service provider?
